Family members traveled from all along the East Coast to gather in Canonsburg for a special birthday celebration. They called upon Personal Chef Mirko to create an authentic Italian feast in their beautiful Airbnb, and what a memorable evening it was!
The culinary journey began with a selection of small bites:
✨ Asparagus Arancini over Butternut Squash Sauce
✨ Gypsy Meatballs
✨ Pea, Cucumber & Mint Shooter
Guests then enjoyed a seated dinner featuring:
🍤 Shrimp Arrabbiata
🥗 Grilled Treviso Salad with Fennel, Orange, Melon & Italian Dressing
🍝 Homemade Linguini with Wild Mushroom Sauce, Amaranth & Edible Flowers
For the entrée:
🐟 Pan-Seared Branzino Filet with Lemon-Saffron Sauce, Spinach Flan, Tomato Polenta, Roasted Carrots & Asparagus
